Refund policy
All sales of the following products are final and non-refundable:
- E-bikes and mountain bikes
- Vehicle racks
- Gift cards
- Service plans
- Parts, accessories, and components installed on a customer's bike
E-bikes, mountain bikes, and vehicle racks in good working condition and without visible damage may be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval by Bike the Gorge staff. All approved exchanges will be subject to a $100 restocking fee.
The following items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund:
- Parts, accessories, and components that are unused and in their original packaging
- Apparel
Any items not specifically covered by this policy are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
